Very grateful for the doctors, nurse practitioner and admin team here. Mary, Jane and Tanya are so supportive and do their best to respond to all requests. The Patch’s.AI option is really good and the flexibility to have phone consultations are great. They really saved me a few times. My suggestion is to get familiar with their processes and book ahead of time when you can. Thank you, Ladygate Lane!!!
Called up 5 mins after they opened for an emergency appointment to be told there aren’t any? 🤷♀️ when are you supposed to call to book them then? Most of the staff are friendly and polite but there is one receptionist who I find really quite abrupt and rude. Not really what you need to hear when you’re calling up feeling unwell!
The GP Dr Karim is very attentive and takes her time to listen and really understand the issue. Likewise, Dr T Nandakumar is excellent, he lstens intently and really works to resolve the issue and not just stick a plaster on it so to say. The nurse here is also lovely. The only downside is that appointments dont always run on time, I have noticed an improvement with this though. I would recommend this GP with either of the above GP's. Top class medical care.
Drs and nurses lovely. Unhappy with disorganisation. An important generic heart referral letter was lost in practice therefore my referral was delayed. Lack of concern by reception. Also I took my son out of school for a lung capacity test, only for it to be cancelled on arrival as they had not booked a long enough appointment slot.
Impossible to reach. Constantly 'caller number one' but nobody picks up!
