Although running late for my appointment (hence 4 stars), the Dr I saw was outstanding, thorough and also very friendly. Reception staff were great. Very knowledgeable.
Nicola was amazing in finding me another appointment and went above and beyond. Both the staff on the reception were so friendly and full of help and smiles. Thank you both for brightening my day.
My appointment with Dr Ali was great. She saw me a month ago, and was very patient and empathetic. I saw her again today, and she was again very helpful, thorough and made me feel reassured. Lovely lady, very good doctor
Dr Elkareb was very good and helpful in letting me know all what I must do to help with my acid reflux she explained things very well and went over them a couple of times so I understood all the details..thankyou
