We have used laddersfree for many years and the staff are always pleasant and punctual. They never leave a mess and our windows are always gleaming, even the top floor ones! Also Lindsey in the office always emails me at the start of season to ask if we would like to start back up which is great because I always forget so we would have grubby windows for opening if it wasn't for her efficiency
