Their maintenance support is probably one of the best I’ve ever encountered living across California. Worst ever This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Management does not care about their renters, they ignore emails, and are always “in meetings” or “on lunch” when you need them. The property is filthy—trash is everywhere, it wreaks of rubbish and dog poop inside the elevator, and zero real security despite homeless people constantly lingering right outside our doors. If you’re considering moving here, don’t! It’s a nightmare.
Horrible management and apartment complex There is nothing about this apartment complex being luxurious this complex is built horribly. The walls are very thin with loud noises, from the tenants and outdoors. There are bugs everywhere, not to mention our common area keeps flooding out, for no reason. Verified Renter Honestly Be DTLA is an amazing complex from the very first moment I came to visit for a tour. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The buildings are crazy clean and smell great on each floor which with being in LA is hard to come by especially considering being super close to Downtown. Love that there is a Starbucks and grocery store super close for convenience. My only complaint is about my upstairs neighbors stomping and walking really hard all day in the two weeks since moving in.
