Grumpy old staff who don’t smile. Very unfriendly environment. Also they will add restrictions to your betting yet if it’s a losing bet they are very happy to take your money . Pathetic management
No regards to social responsibility whatsoever then again it's a bookies why would they approach you to ask you whether you're OK after losing £1000s, it's just another day for them, fobt machines are rigged, losing streak for 6 months and they don't seem to payout
Worst customer service going! Never known such ignorant staff.
Absolutely the worst shop on the high street and possibly in the world. The staff are the most arrogant in the world, they all want sacking as far as I'm concerned . No commentary no smiles no greetings a big joke even other managers of the other bookmakers on the high street laugh about how terrible it is in there, well I'm sure that says it all.
