This is beautiful space to relax and heal. The salt room is my new favorite thing.
Such a relaxing and grounding experience!! This was my first time at a salt spa and the owner, Jen, made me feel so comfortable. Great attention to detail with the comfortable zero gravity chairs with pillows/blankets and the relaxing music played on the provided iPods. The sauna was an invigorating experience and was set up beautifully. I'll be back again and again!
I absolutely loved my first experience in a Salt Room. This time of year I get hit with sneezing spells randomly throughout the day and a sinus headache most days. After 45 minutes in the Salt Room, my breathing has been clearer all day and I have had absolutely no sneezing or headaches. My energy is up and my mind is clear.
