All the staff here are excellent - they made our 11 month old feel happy and at ease and everyone has been so friendly and attentive. We feel reassured and confident about dealing with our son’s allergy after speaking with Professor Lack, he’s so knowledgeable and explained everything to us very clearly.
My family has been seeing Professor Lack for over a decade, and he has treated both my husband’s and my son’s allergies. He has always been a pleasure to talk with and is extremely thoughtful and thorough in his care and explanations. Professor Lack always takes the time to answer all of our questions, no matter how many we have. His support team are also wonderful—always quick to reply and genuinely eager to help.
Went here for an allergy desensitization treatment. At my first consultation, after prick and flow tests were performed by the nurse, the doctor was more than forty minutes late, so I rescheduled for a phone appointment. In that phone appointment, he didn't say much more than, yes, I do have the allergy and we can start the treatment and check back in in a year to see whether it's working for me, because by then I should already feel improvements.
