Horrible customer service. Placed three calls to customer service,was promised a call back from a supervisor. Left a voice message with the supervisor, no call back. Sent a letter to them and copied the CEO. My results, no calls, turned it over to a collection agency. Wonderfull company, I felt corporate should know about their lackadaisical work ethic, it's obvious they don't care.
A personal request to LabCorp... With the fast approaching Hurricane Irma heading up the East coast and also into FL, Ga, SC, NC and possibly further up in to TN and KY. Your pilots based out of Al, Burlington and Columbus Ohio will be scheduled to fly into these effected area to bring lab work back to the Burlington airport to your super lab....no speciman or tube of blood is worth loosing a pilot, a husband, son, father, brother, family member... Worst company, ever. I called to pay bills THEY sent me and NO ONE can find said bills. i have been dealing with this for over a month & am beyond irate! I've received second AND third notices regarding these bills that don't show up in their system. So I can't pay them and I can't get any answers.
I went to Labcorp in March of this year. My Dr. ordered a test. Unbeknownst to me, Labcorp was not in my network. Both my Dr's personnel and Labcorp's should have known and told me BEFORE I had the tests done. Recently, I received a bill from Labcorp for $892!! Which I cannot afford. Who takes responsibility for not letting me know that your lab was not in my network? Apparently, no one! A couple of weeks ago I spoke with such a nice gentleman there and he was very helpful. I called back today and spoke with some Ghetto-girl who was combative and nasty. No wonder companies outsource to Mexico or India, at least they try to help you and are polite while doing so.
