because they ruined my results and did not get them to my employer in a timely manner, nor did they communicate there would be a delay
I have been trying for over 2 weeks to make an appointment, on line and just calling , ZIP. GOING TO QUEST.
I have been trying to get my refund for months. I have been lied to by there customer service people must ask for a supervisor you get some information than nothing. Spoke with Avalon and they spokedirectly to lab corp and another lie. No problem treating me with collection after my first bill that was generated 5 months after date of service. This company will never see my blood again I heirs will use my refund to cremate me
Lose paperwork, don't return phone calls from doctors' offices. Don't give a crap about doing things right when dealing with people so I have to question their ability to provide accurate testing results.
I went to get a pre-employment drug screen Mon. 7/16 and the systems were down. My employer has yet to get the results. I called the location to follow up and they told me to call customer service. My employer also called and got the # to CS. I call customer service and waited on hold for about 20 min. I spoke to customer service and they quickly told me they could not tell me anything. usually good tech who gets hubbys blood easy. Customer Service Stinks .long wait line. disconnects. Globally they are experiencing a computer outage so stay away.
I had neo problem until I TRIED to pay on line I entered all the required info & kept on getting error messages telling me to call customer svc & got a recording that the system was down. Get your act together and fix your system!
