Very unprofessional. Labcorp hires through a company named AHS Staffing. The complete interview and hire process has taken a total of 3 months. Today was my last day at my current job. I received a call from Neil with AHS Staffi ng stating labcorp has cancelled my position and I no longer would be starting Monday. The only thing they could tell me was sorry. Unreliable billing and terrible customer service. I received a bill and called to arrange payment in two installments. The woman said no problem and would make note in my record. The next month I get a bill from their “in house” collection department. When I called about it, their rep Barbara said it doesn’t matter that I called to make arrangements, they will still send late notices. Okay....so why put a phone number to call on your invoices to make arrangements? And they bill every 21 days which is very unusual.

What a terrible place. I went in for a urine test exactly 1 month ago and still no results. This is for my kidneys and it's important to know the results. I've contacted customer service 3 times now... no response. Helloooooo? Is there anyone that works here??? I knew I should have turned around when I walked in and the lab tech had a friend hanging out behind the counter with her. And no help with the self check-in... I was the only one there!!!

Medicare refused to pay $107.00 for a test. I called the doctor’s office to find out that the proper codes that Medicare needed were sent to Labcorp but they didn’t include them. Labcorp needs to figure out how to resubmit. I have spent several hours on a problem that isn’t mine. Medicare told me in the future to decline to sign any billing documents at Labcorp.
i walked into my scheduled appointment at labcorp, with doctor's orders for a simple cbc/lipid panel in hand, on aug 2 and am still waiting on my lab results. worst email customer service, ever. it takes them a week to respond. they don't understand or address the issue and i have to re-explain it and wait a week for another response, which is from a different customer service rep so there's no continuity or ownership of the customer issue. i've been waiting on a prescription, based on these test results, which i may never r... read more
