This is horri la. Every week they change something for the worse.
I used the online service to make an appointment for 9:30; the waiting room was packed when I arrived 10 minutes early. I had to renter all of the information again when I arrived. No one greets patients; a voice from the back calls out names. There is no customer care. I waited 45 minutes. This is certainly the last time I will use them and everyone in the waiting room was complaining.
Our experience today was beyond horrible. We waited over an hour just to have blood drawn . This Lab was located in a Hospital , they only had TWO employees working one as a receptionist, the other was doing the blood work . It was so busy and over crowded at once there was standing room only . You would have thought we were at a free clinic or something. This location was in Matthews , NC .... the staff was very friendly. It’s truly unfair to them to work this hard understaffed.
Can't even process a bill properly. Keep sending me past due notice for a high amount for a bill from last august. BCBS sent Labcorp the EOB in september. Been trying to resolve this BS for three months on the phone with Labcorp and BCBS and neither organization seems to give a shit about correcting the invoice and sending a new one out. Labcorp keeps saying they don't have the EOB on file when they most certainly received it multiple times now.
LabCorp is our hospitals reference lab. They are nothing but a factory, pumping out horrible quality results. I get a difference answer from everyone I talk to. They are the Wal-Mart of labs. JUST SAY NO!
poor customer service. Have an appointment and still take people after you with no appointments. very very rude front desk. Will be calling my insurance and my doctor to have my labs changed to another lab!!!
Poor CS, lost urine specimen, long wait time, employees not helpful and acts like they wish you weren't even there.
What is the point of making an appointment if they do not honor it? I was one of two with an appointment (I was on time), and five people still went ahead of us even without appointments. I waited for forty five minutes after my appointment time. At the Seneca, SC Location.
