Shame on you LabCorp on Sherman in Vineland, NJ for your extremely poor customer service and the representative that handled my call afterwards. The best way to lose a customer is to treat them as though you don't need them, care about them or value their business. I'll be taking my business to a different location, maybe even a different company if my insurance company will cover it elsewhere! Such a disappointment.
I have a 3 year old with severe allergies. I had to bring my son in 3 times for labs. After arriving to his follow up with his allergist I was informed all of the labs were not complete and they should have taken all of the labs in 1 visit. They took too much blood. Now I sit here for 15 minutes waiting to drop off a specimen. No appointment needed. Just dropping off. What a disaster. The Plant City Florida location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
I had accidently made payment twice for one of the lab service and now when I call the customer care they tell me they have received only one payment, I have all the required proofs that the payment was made twice.. can some one help me get the refund? Customer care is useless!
@LABCORP wort costumer service ever. I tried to call lab office , sent email and no answer at all. You can not talk to a live .. for real?
Website said they had Saturday hours until 5pm. Got to location with a sign saying "effective Jan 5, 2015" we are open until noon on Saturday. More than 2 years later and the website still doesn't reflect the proper hours of operation
Does an appointment schedule not mean anything? I'd be out of work if I treated clients like this.
