Terrible! Submitted 3 inquiries with no response, the Oakland Park, FL location's phone rings busy even well after the office is closed, & waiting over 3 weeks for results. I'll pay whatever I have to to go to Quest next time! Way better experience.
I’ve been calling for 2 days trying to speak with someone. Their phone keeps hanging up on me and I’ve called every number I could find for them.
If I could give a zero, I would. Labcorp's staff is completely unprofessional, discourteous and they lack the basic knowledge needed to run a lab well.
How is that they have a wrong phone number listed on the website and outgoing mail and bills !?! I have complained for over 6 months !?How am I suppose to call with questions and concerns ? Such a large company can’t fix such a major problem ? The billing number is incorrect and that’s a pretty important number if you want to get paid !!
I’m to the point of just paying out of pocket so I never have to deal with this company again. There is always some type of issue when I go. Systems are down, understaffed, etc. don’t bother scheduling an appt because they don’t honor it. Waited 30 min after my “appt” time for my glucose test for them to even check me in. I recieved an alert on my credit report saying I had an acct with Labcorp that was past due. I called and found out this is from a workers comp claim and they had been sending the bill to an old address. The lady said it was the address the doctor provided. Hmm..funny. I received the doctors bill that was sent to the correct address and it was paid by workers comp. I tried to give the billing info to the lady and she said she couldn't take it over the phone. Worse customer service! Totally rude insolent girl working at the front desk! Shay, you should be fired! Treated me like I was stupid! Plan on telling everyone I know, including doctor and insurance company. I will never go there again!
