Service Great. If you want a hot plate with cold bland food, increased prices, smaller portions and a female worker just as bland as the food then this is your place.
love this place, we eat here at least twice a week. Service is always great, just like the food.
Every time I eat at either the location in Urbana or Bellefontaine, I have always received excellent quality food at great prices with great customer service. I was there the day of the eclipse, and was very happy with the entire experience. I highly recommend LaPalmas!
Had lunch there day after my mother died. Party of 3. Worst service ever! After meal went to restroom before leaving an waiter popped out saying " you pay now"? I was shocked. The waiter escorted me to front of restaurant to pay where I paid an left. Told them the food was gross, service awful, an 20 minutes after delivering food to table, start circling table like valtuers to be paid.
