"La palma refuses to reimburse my family for the copay on my medical bill and our dinner. They have been nothing but rude to anyone who has an issue with them do not go here to eat! Unless you want bones in your food and being called stupid and crazy when trying to get them to admit there wrong!"
Poor food happens, but class acts handle it with care for the customer. La Palma sure doesn't, Injuring a customer (Cracked tooth on bone shards in the chicken) and then not only would not help with the Co-Pay, wouldn't even reimburse them for the meal! Awful service. I've eaten here before, but I certainly won't ever again if they're going to treat customers like trash.

I will never go back again tonight. We waited an hour for our food. It was luke warm. My grand hi son french fries were so greasy that they pretty much dripped oil. Waited 1/2 hr to get our drinks and had to ask twice. At checkout told cashier. Her attitude was she didn't care.
Great food great people you get your food fast good restaurant i give it a 10
