Had lunch there day after my mother died. Party of 3. Worst service ever! After meal went to restroom before leaving an waiter popped out saying " you pay now"? I was shocked. The waiter escorted me to front of restaurant to pay where I paid an left. Told them the food was gross, service awful, an 20 minutes after delivering food to table, start circling table like valtuers to be paid. Best margaritas anywhere, great food. Always good service.
Good food and great service as always, but this past Sunday, we were there for dinner on Mother's day. We had just finished eating and my son, who has epilepsy was about to have a seizure. We alerted the nearest waiter and he was so kind and compassionate. He allowed us to go into the private room to lay my son on the floor in the quiet, dark room. When it was over and we were leaving, this same waiter came up to me to make sure he was ok. He said he had worked at a hospital and knew a little about seizures. I am so sorry I ... read more
Excellent food and service everytime I go. Went on Mothers Day with my kids and they gave a rose to every mom..A++++
Some of the worst Mexican food I have ever had. Very little flavor and the salsa tasted like spaghetti sauce.
Every time I've been to La Palma I've had excellent service. Highly recommend this restaurant.
