My wife and I drive 45 minutes each way to get to La Palma. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant. The staff is the friendliest around. And the food is worth the drive. We are regulars and love the place.

I visited with friends last evening for dinner. Usually my experience with you is fine, but we waited over an hour last night for our food. We arrived at 630 and saw food at 735. People who were seated after us finished their meal and left before we were served. When it did come we were missing items from 3 of our 6 meals and missing 1 meal all together! 20 minutes later we had most everything after trading a couple plates and tortillas. Last night we went to LaPalma. Normally we enjoy the food and service. However last night was a different story. Several of our orders were incorrect. My son in law got Steak Nachos and had the hot cheese from the dish spilled all over his right arm and into his lap. It actually blistered up which I just found out about this morning. The waiter barely attempted to clean it up just laughed somewhat nervously. He also didn't clean up the floor as the hot cheese had been dripping as he walked to give my son in law his food.
