Very bad experience. They took the finance amount but never delivered the car, and kept making excuses for 3 days. Extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior. Completely dishonest and wasted a lot of my time with false promises. Strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid them. Be aware of these scam people
From the initial enquiry to driving away, the communication from LA Motors was excellent. They responded quickly, answered all my questions, and had everything ready when I arrived. The car was exactly as described -clean, reliable, and great value. Highly professional team!
Bought a car from this garage recently. Tried ringing them with a noise I have on the vehicle and a dent that was promised to be rectified. I also have not received my V5c document. They don’t answer the phone nor do they call me back as promised. When I was buying the car, the gentleman had no idea what he was talking about and it was really unprofessional.
Brilliant service at LA Motors! Zak was friendly, honest, and made sure I was completely happy with my car. Adam has built a dealership that truly puts the customer first. Can't recommend them enough! Thanks guys
