Contact agent via the openrent app set up a viewing, viewing attended then told application would be sent over. No further contact from the agent ignored the email requests and voicemail left. Only responded 4 days later via the openrent app to state the property let. Really disappointed.

I have a few properties managed by Louise and Ann for over sometime now. I can’t thank them enough for the work they have done, simply giving me a peace of mind. I had a property that required some work, and they have a very good network of contractors with reasonable prices to sort things out for you in a shorter-than-I-expected timeframe. Deceptive. Arrogant. And they will not take responsibility for simple repairs. Seemingly they do not react well to valid criticism, given all the previous bad reviews for this company have been quietly deleted. **Updated Oct 2021 The owner’s rather aggressive response to this review only underlines my point. I don’t know who Grant Payne is (not me obviously). He sounds like another unhappy customer.
