I had got a personal trainer and membership. I was not advised of the Annually Fee. I have also been told i Can cancel anytime i want without any issues. I go to Cancel. they refused it, I did send a Email to the head office, where they refused it. I spoke to the branch, and they told me I am SOL. They have lied to get me to get a personal Trailer, did not disclose multiple fees that show up, refuse refunds, and harass you over the phone. Louis W**** This location discriminates, targets and harasses members West Chester Ohio Dudely drive I am harassed every time I am there, I have reached out to your corporate office and no answer. Zak your district manager and the operations manager are violating Americans with Disabilities Act Think you should know

Staff made it very difficult to cancel membership and personal training. Trip 1: Canceled membership, but told cancellation of training can be done by head of training only Trip 2: Told my training was cancelled After trip 2, credit card started getting charged again Trip 3: Training cancelled and refund refused

I wish i could give them less then one star. Cancelled my membership/ training in person they still charge even though my contract ended over a month ago and i have proof of it and they will not reburst me and the "Manager" called saying they would over 3 three ago bunch of liars. I will never go back there or recommend it to anybody

Why is it your "manager" Orlando actively posting things on FB while he should working? Its bad enough when his behavior and affair with Adriana (which believe me was public. I was signing up as a member and there Orlando was making passes at her)... was brought directly to John K**** ***, it was ignored... Just saying

As per LA fitness, I’ve froze my account in feb 2018 and never used the service but each month they have charged my account $10 for the last three years. I was out of country from Feb 2019 and they continued to charged and they are not responding my responsibility to cancel. My bad time, I cancelled it but lost my document and when I moved to home country. Member Id: ********* Expected some Customer value and ethics from the company but they are rude and money minded. Worst business!

The WORST gym experience I’ve ever had. As someone who has been in the gym industry for 5+ years I was disgusted with the facility and customer service provided to myself and my husband. The facility was in disarray, all the equipment was rusted and all over the place, it was crowded not because of the people but because of how disorganized and dirty the gym was. My husband and I were visiting my mother from out of town and she is a member there, they didn’t even allow us a complementary day as visitors so we paid the 16.50 ... read more

This company sold my personal information regardless of the disclaimer I signed alleging they would not do so. I have recieved numerous scam phone calls and have been informed other people are receiving scam phone calls from my number. This all occurred right after I signed up with this company last week.
