Great Great Great!!! From greetings to service and restaurants. They catered to our every request big or small it didn't matter, they did it with great attitudes and smiles! Best stay ever! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone!!! I'm coming back in 3 months!! I have stayed at many 5stars Hotels all over and they have definitely beat everyone out with their warm hearts And great service!!

Beautiful resort. Wonderful dining options. Perla is exquisite. Best meal I've had in a long time. Friendly staff overall great experience. Hotel could use some heavy maintenance. Mostly cosmetics to bring it to a true 5. Even with that we plan to stay again next year. Amazing

A delight to stay at a place and find the essence of true LOVE for service. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and well kept... But the service! SUPERB! Awesome employees that even have the ability to "read your need" even before you speak it!
