Excellent service with beautiful resort accommodations. Elevators could be faster, but food was great at the restaurants and staff couldn't have been better. The adult only infinity pool was my favorite :)

Our room was beautiful and the amenities amazing! Someone had recommended La Concha to us and I in turn will recommend it to any friends heading to San Juan! Well worth the price!

First let me say that I rarely write reviews unless the property or restaurant are better than outstanding or have some serious issues. My wife and I checked in to the Renaissance La Concha on 11.27.15. Waited a bit more than 2 hours to get into the suite we had reserved with request for early check-in Platinum for life status and theoretically one of my Platinum benefits.
