Absolutely horrible experience. Our flight was delayed due to weather. We phoned the La Concha Resort three times to notify them and request that they hold our rooms. Upon arrival today, the supervisor denied receiving messages, so they released our suite to another. We agreed to a regular room for two nights but will be inconvenienced by a room change. After finally checking in, Marriott called to confirm we were taken care of. In spite of their broken promises, we have no choice. After three expensive stays this year, this... read more

Every time I come here there are issues - long waits everywhere, gave me a key to an already occupied room, forgot about my breakfast room service order, and now burst pipes with elevators shut shut down with no one knowing what to do.
