We met some friends here at La Concha for a vacation and had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us to pick a few local hangouts to visit, as well as gave ideas on avoiding tourist traps. They helped us to learn Spanish and made it an all around great experience. The only downside was the elevators kept breaking down. This place was wonderful. John served us almost the entire trip. He told us the best places to go and showed us how to get there. The reviews for this resort were great and John helped exceed my expectations. I will be staying here again soon.

I've been to Puerto Ricco a few times and always stayed right in Old San Juan. This was my first time staying a few miles away; from a friend's recommendation. Everything was absolutely superb. The staff is incredible, friendly, helpful, extremely welcoming and hospitable. (Thank you especially to Joaquin, Janissa, Raul, Eva, JC, and Raul). I'd recommend staying here to anyone!
