Definitely going back. Everything was amazing. The grounds were stunning, our room fresh and modern and the food good. What really stood out was the service. I had a card with everyone's name on it that helped us. Unfortunately, I have lost the card. I remember Carla (she is a doll!!) and Carlos. I really would like for you to see who worked with us. Great location and amenities but the service is not that great!

Incredibly beautiful resort. We were originally booked for a street view but received an ocean view balcony when asked if when was available. Everything you could want was right there; several restaurants; casino; shop; a couple of pools, I could go on. Great local eats right across the street. You must try Pinky's for breakfast and Cafe del Angel for lunch or dinner. So close to Old San Juan too. The beach was absolutely beautiful. Well worth the cost.

We just had our rehearsal dinner at La Concha Resort on thursday night and the service was incredible! From the crew that set up the room, to the wait staff and bartenders. Fabiola Cruz was also great to work with through the whole planing process. I was very happy with how everything turned out!!

El hotel esteticamente es agradable, empleados no son tan cordiales. Fui a pasar 4 d Julio alli. En un restaurante en el area d la piscina. Consumiendo y aprovechamos y nos dimos un chapuzon. Un empleado nos informs q no podiamos estar en la piscina. Fuimos botados y escoltados fuera. Puertorriqueños en Puerto Rico. Puedo gastar todo mi dinero en el casino y en los restaurantes y no puedo darme un chapuzon.
Nice rooms an amenities but the staff is a disorganized mess. They lost our luggage and we had is dig through a closet to find it, I got food poisoning from the sushi restaurant and we got not-requested 5am wake up calls.
