This hotel is beautiful however beware if anything happens during your stay the management here will do very little to resolve it. We were here for 3 days without electricity, AC or hot water due to a power outage. The hotel's response was to comp our food for the first night. They refused to discount our room rate or offer us any other compensation. We were charged full price for our stay and the resort fees every night. This was a complete fail on the hotel's part. Spend your money elsewhere. #completefail
Cannot Believe that today I was greeted with eggs fliying all over the place... this is madness, for a place so fancy the people that work with them sure are not... at the end of the situation finally decided to stay at the hotel next door, its more calm. If your taxis have any beef with the uber drivers its not our fault.

Those people are not telling the truth when you reserve. Their rooms are WITHOUT electricity right now. Don't believe them. The people at the front desk are really rude and disrespectful, especially Yolian.

My first experience and impression was awful. I arrived in an UBER ride and was greeted with eggs and insults from the taxi drivers. Although I recognize that the hotel is not totally responsible for this, it leaves a sour first impression. Let me be clear that I'm not writing this for compensation of any kind but my feeling is that the hotel is ignoring this situation, since I later found out that mine wan't an isolated incident. The facilities are good but the service wasn't as expected.
