Never staying at this hotel again. La Concha seems to be conspiring with hostile taxi drivers, making the hotel unsafe. In one instance, a taxi driver named German, blatantly lied to me about not making stops along my trip. I had explicitly asked to NOT make stops, before I got in the taxi. I thought this was reasonable request given Im a woman traveling alone, and I was in a rush. It also puzzled me why the driver didn’t get gas ahead of time. Let me tell you this. I as.well as my cousin and girlfriend are here now and this place is nothing g short of amazing. I love the service the food everything about this resort and the island. I am planning to come back. Very satisfied. This resort deserves 100 stars

Never stay in this hotel !!! Hotel looks very nice on the outside but hospitality and security are a third world country. We stayed for power failure and we were without power for several days and only gave us a flashlight. The hotel is very bad safety dangerous. This hotel taxi drivers attacked us and threw eggs and stones to use Uber and safety or the hotel staff did nothing

Visite el hotel desde el 18 de septiembre hasta el 23 muy bonito el hotel y el trato muy bueno lo malo fue el apagon todo el hotel tenia luz menos las habitaciones.... la pool el casino y los restaurante donde se consumia estaba como si nada y nosotros en las habitaciones como ya estaban pagada a oscura solo nos dieron una linterna fue muy molesto gracias

Had the worst experience. I stayed for "el apagón" and had a really horrible experience with some taxi drivers from this hotel harrassing me while I waited for an Uber. When my driver arrived these terrorist (taxis) threw eggs at the vehicle and one had some type of metal stick maybe for breaking glass; I feared for my life. I wonder if La Concha management have something to do with this; because when I went to tell the front desk about this they just werent too helpfull. Do not stay at la Concha!!!!!
