Our stay was amazing! The staff was always so happy and willing to do anything for you. The pools were very clean. The hotel was well maintained and had beautiful views. Loved being close to beach as well as the street with shops and restaurants. We can't wait to come back!

Stayed at La Concha for our 20 year anniversary from July 21-26. First time in San Juan and cannot wait to come back. Your staff made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Great restaurant and cultural recommendations. Ocean view room was AMAZING!!! Thanks for making our anniversary great!!! Looking forward to our next stay at La Concha.

Incredible resort with amazing customer service, views of the beach, and food. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would only stay here when I visit SJ. Continue delivering exceptional service with a smile. Oh and the sangria was a nice touch upon arrival.
I stayed in this hotel in the end of June, 2016! They have excellent and powerful WiFi on the rooms and throughout the hotel, The rooms are impeccable clean, the air conditioning and Cable TV is excellent! They have excellent Customer services and good Security and Parking! They have a beautiful pool, bar and Casino! We will recommend this hotel to everyone! In our opinion this is the best hotel in Puerto Rico and around the world! We give thanks to God and the Virgin Mary for giving us the pleasure of staying in this hotel!... read more
