Gracias a todo el personal de La Concha. Su dedicación y atención al detalle siempre los a caracterizado. Desde Felix cuando dejamos el auto en Valet Parking, hasta las meseras del Lobby, el personal de Front Desk hasta todo el equipo de trabajo del departamento de Catering y Eventos todos y cada uno hacen de una visita al Hotel toda una experiencia. One of my absolute favorite places. We just spent Thanksgiving and my best friend Karen's birthday there. We are so thankful we were blessed to see our old friends Jimmy, Alejandro, Hector and Karla amongst others. And new friends like Nicholas, Juan and Jose. We always meet the most amazing people there. Love love love La Concha!!!
It was a great location had a few problems that i could not get cleared up but after getting with Robert Palmero he got everything taken care of very quickly. Would go back.

Came for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the resort and service. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again.

No me vuelvo a quedar aquí desde que llegó lo que me encuentro es con los ataques de los taxistas súper mala experiencia y no me sentí cómodo ni seguro con los taxistas amedrentando a los huéspedes. Le tiraron huevos y piedras al conductor de Uber. Deberían sacar a los taxistas de allí atentan con mi seguridad que estoy pagando por recibir un buen servicio, seguridad y comodidad no pasar malos ratos desde que llegó al hotel.
