Very very disappointed in the service. My fiance had to go on a business trip the week of my birthday and he thought it would be nice to surprise me with flowers. He paid a nice amount of money for the flowers to be delivered and they were never delivered. When he called to ask them why, the worker became very rude with him and told him it was not their fault they did not deliver the flowers.
