Response to Militsa S's comment: LJLettings have been unfairly criticized. Lynne Joice conducted the inspection of the house in question in a most professional manner, spending over an hour in the property, going from room to room. I found Lynne Joice understanding and fair (as an agency should be) about the condition of certain worn-out items that could be replaced, (like the very thin carpet and old plastic blinds that cannot be cleaned, as they cave in in the middle and can collapse, if touched or pulled up and down).
