Really good company - I spoke with Mathilde who was extremely helpful. I would recommend.
As a tenant, LHH was a great property manger. Very professional staff and helpful whenever their assistance was required. Better than any other London agent IMO.
Unacceptable service to tenant. Did not take action when issues in the flat. Illegally got in the flat without notifying me. Upon tenewal of contract increased the fee even more before signing. Poor negotiator with landlord. Do not recommend. First time I have such a bad experience with an agen
