I have always had a great experience with LA properties. Always very prompt with responding and have consistently been professional.
We got a strongly worded email saying that we haven't been maintaining the house and it’s really dirty from someone called sam from LA property. But in reality the issue is that the house was already like this when we moved in. From the stains on the kitchen floor to the grease on the kitchen vents, it was all here before we moved in, though the landlord had claimed that he had refurbished the house before we moved in.
