They used to be a wonderful practice, but then quickly declined once the former receptionist, who had been there for decades, retired and was replaced by a slew of new employees. It became chaotic, and some of the new employees seemed quarrelsome and too combative. However, there have been some positive adjustments to the front desk over the previous year, and it currently functions slightly better, while further improvements are required. An excellent GP with an outstanding clinical services. Great Doctors and nursing care. A prompt response for all the wonderful and very professional receptionist that follow up any appointment that you need. I personally found a great and comprehensive excellent healthcare with the Doctors here during the past 43 years attending this practice. Thank you to All the Team Cristina
Extremely rude receptionist. Doctor refuses to give referral. I thought that is how this whole system works. They just handed me a leaflet and asked me to call them and say it’s self referral.
Just received a call from the receptionist who was extremely rude, issue with collecting prescription at Boots Gloucester Road due to systems being down, called to say that I can go to any pharmacy to collect explained that I can’t get to anywhere one due to being ill, receptionist response was well you walked here so you can go to another place, she then kept repeating herself using “I’m telling you” how dare you speak to someone in that manner, so rude and unprofessional, where is your empathy as a Doctors Receptionist, I ... read more
