House has been on market for 186 days and counting. Ineffective sales team.

Thank you for your response however this property has been off of the market and under contract pending closing. There was an accepted contract within 84 days from the original list date. Due to title issues, this property has not been able to close. Providing a clear title is the responsibility of the seller, as accepted on the sales contract. The attorneys have not been able to provide clear title therefore we cannot close it.
