Oh dear. The rear screen needed replacement on my Honda Civic. I booked Kwikfix in and paid a £ 50 deposit. The repairer could not find the address despite me giving him detailed instructions and explaining that the postcode was no good for satnav. When I had helped him find my address, he took one look and said that he could not complete the work reinstating the rear wiper on the glass he was due to replace.
