Amazing service I had a puncture that they resolved really quickly
I’m giving this experience 1 star due to my frustration. I had booked a free battery health check for a specific time through their booking system, which allowed me to choose nearly any hour of the day. I selected the most convenient time for me, but upon arrival, I was told that the scheduled time was merely a reference, and I would need to wait at least an hour before they could start the check. Friendly good swift service
Had a battery fitted at the Chelmsford depot last week, car broke down 2 days later, turns out the technician hadn’t tightened the negative terminal and it was completely loose. Wouldn’t go here again.
