I had a nail in my tyre yesterday, phoned for an appointment and got one for 9.30 today . Was met on arrival, very polite, courteous welcome. Was told it would be ready in 1 hour. Two tyres were replaced and my car was ready in an hour! Could not fault the service received today.
Excellent service. Took my car in at 5pm on Friday, was able to leave it overnight. Got a call at 10.30am Saturday with a plan and estimate. Work completed an hour later. Very impressed
A bracket holding my exhaust broke while I was in Paisley. Hanging skew and low, I slowly drove to the nearest tyre and exhaust place. I was told to come back in 2 weeks, which was the earliest available slot. I went on to try a 4 further places and no one could help right away. I reluctantly drove home and phoned Kwikfit in Milngavie. They told me to come in straight away. They ordered the required part and temporarily secured the exhaust allowing me to drive home. I've been a repeated customer in the past 5 years or so and every time it has been a good experience. Staff are always friendly, helpful, accomodating, and get the job done. I take my car elsewhere only if I have to
