I booked my golf s for adjustment tyres I was new customer as the sees they charged me a lot and my problem doesn’t sort it, I am not happy at all.
Had a nail in the tyre and despite being a Sunday afternoon and near closing time they sorted me out.

I had the dreaded amber warning light appear so I called Kwik Fit because I use them for my MOTs (see my previous reviews) to see if they could diagnose the problem. Cameron asked me to bring the car in and didn't charge me a penny. 1 fault diagnosed within a few minutes so I know what needs repairing. Fantastic service.
I have used this garage a few times and I have been seen by Lewis. He is brilliant, very helpful, polite and reliable. He always explains everything so that anyone can understand and is overall very friendly. Every time I return he remembers me and makes a potentially stressful situation easy and smooth. I would always go back and use this Kwik Fit because of the service I have received.
