No one appears to respond to space at email. I will actively avoid this company at all costs.
Unprofessional and Unresponsive Letting Agency Had a terrible experience with this agency. They scheduled a viewing for us and provided an email to send all required documents. After we sent everything, they completely ignored our emails and never responded. We followed up multiple times, but they never even checked the emails. It felt like a complete waste of time. If you’re looking for reliable service, I’d recommend avoiding this agency. They need to improve their communication and professionalism.

As an owner of a lease hold property I am unfortunately bound to the property management that has been chosen for me, not by me. I am totally disappointed by KWB and feel incredibly let down by their lack of response and care. I have reported issues, which were serious health and safety issues, for several consecutive months only to be ignored or get a curt, sharp reply back on the odd occasion. I have had no contact from the invisible man Jason, and no contractor or anybody got in touch or fixed the posts.
