The service department and sales were OUTSTANDING. My husband & I came in over the weekend because we were on a bike ride and our navigation was not working. When we first pulled up the salesman showed my husband how to adjust the bike so I wouldn't feel like my rear hit the pavement with every bump. OMG! What a difference! Thank you!! Had a minor mechanical issue heading home to Cleveland. Stopped by to see what could be done and Nick and his techs had me on the road within an hour. Service was excellent and didn't get gouged on the labor cost. Sarah in the Motorclothes section went above and beyond as well while I was waiting. Thanks for everything!
I do not live local but I make the hour and a half drive to this dealership whenever I need something. The people are so helpful from sales to finance to service. Everyone there goes the extra mile to help out. The customer service is great. I recently purchased a new bike from this dealer and will be going back for any further purchases and recommend others do the same.
I just bought a Wideglide a few days ago. I worked with Kurt. Kurt made my experience in buying a brand new harley great. From making sure it was the bike i wanted to the extra parts i wanted added. He was very thorough in every step of the deal. Not to take anything away from any of the other sales people but i would highly recommend asking for Kurt. I also want to thank Chad.
