Why would you hire a brand new store manager for Swiss Valley Harley Davidson in Monroe, WI and then send an email that you are shutting the doors December 30, 2017? Alot of people quit going to the store because of the old management. Give the new guy a chance.. This totally sucks I personally have my bike in storage there. Now where will she be. I don't want her in Janesville. I live over an hour away. Explain this to customers before sending a random generic email...
We just bought a 2015 TriGlide. Our whole experience was absolutely awesome. We dealt with Kevin who was great explaining everything between model years as well as the trike we were interested in. He is a wealth of information about traveling long distance on your bike. We really enjoyed listening to his stories. We also dealt with Chad on the day we came to pick up our bike because Kevin was off. Chad was also great, very attentive, personable, and also went the extra mile with us.
