Has anyone received any answers on service plans & tires for life?
Recommendedsad we travel 2hrs to visit the dealership and there's a sign on the door. closed.. I wished they would have posted that they are temporarily closes.

Continued to offer people prepaid services while knowing shop was gonna close. Shady. Thanks for taking our money. And gonna be a horrible dealership once The Windy City corporation closes up buying the shop. Say hello to $40 t-shirts and all prices up 10%
Sounds like real shady business
Just found out they are closing for good. Nothing got sent out to let people know what was going on. Now I have unused gift cards that I no longer can use because this wasn't found out until after closing hours. 😡
They for starters could call customers back when they leave vociemails. Or have a decency to talk to reoccurring customers instead of hiding in the back. They also could be honest with their customers instead of telling lies and acting like they haven't been in contact with others that have parts out. The customer service seems to have gone down hill has soon as the lawsuit came out.
If they hire people like Jim Osmann, they gotta be good!!!
