The online parts ordering is a joke. after five weeks of waiting only to randomly have my money refunded because they cant get a simple saddle bag liner insert sent out..
We just bought our 1st trike from them and I have to say, we have never had a better sales experience with Kevin and his team! Keep up the good work and it feels like we just found a new family.
