Walked in & there were at least 6 people working. Not one said hello. They need to hire some smiling happy faces. Definitely not the Harley experience you get at a dealership.
In November of 2016 I purchased a used Ultra. Since I've owned it I've dealt with massive lifter noise and I've taken it in twice to be looked at. I'm told nothing is wrong with it. this affects the performance. 1 possibility 2 lifters are collapsed. I've placed 2 calls into management and to date no call back. I recieved a full factory warranty when purchased and only have roughly 6 weeks left. I'm very disappointed with the way this dealership is run. Absolutely an awesome place! I want to thank you for the event last Saturday. That was absolutely amazing, beautiful and emotional. You guys / gals ROCK!!
Stopped in on a Saturday at noon with no appointment asking to get a front tire changed on my Road King. They were able to fit me in in 15 minutes. An hour later I was back on the road with new meat on the front. Excellent service! Them giving the bike a check-over and a wash were a nice touch. I’ll be doing business with these guys again.
