Just bought a 2007 Fatboy, and was very impressed with the service I received.
Had the recent misfortune of dealing with their online parts ordering. Waited over a month for my parts before calling them only to find out there was a problem with the order. Would have been nice to get an email or even a return phone call letting me know there was a problem. Dealt with Anthony Wilson...worst customer service ever.
