Girls working the counter treated my wife and I like crap!!! We asked about HOG member discounts "oh, we don't do that, we have our own customer reward deal", what happened to "you'll never ride alone"? I urge all my biker peeps to boycott them, and I hope the HD Corp. sends someone out there, maybe a mystery shopper, to see how rude they are!!! I may live in TX, but I refuse to be talked to and treated like I was at boardtrack!!!
We love going to Boardtracker HD. It's home away from home. Everyone is super friendly and are always willing to help with whatever needs we have �Plus, they throw awesome parties.
Worst customer service ever. I placed an order and wanted to ship it to a friend in dubai after I receive it so he can fix his bike that needs those 2 parts and when I called the number to check the status of my order Andrew(the person in charge or who ever that person is) told me he was going to cancel my order and hang up on me. I tried calling more than 5 times and he refused to pick up my calls. I need to give a huge shout out to Boardtrackers for the unexpected Bike Wash. They squeezed me into their schedule to mount a tire for me, but I was surprised they took the time to wash half of South Dakota I brought home with me. That bike was absolutely filthy and now I swear it's the cleanest it's ever been. Please thank the guy who went the extra mile this Saturday afternoon.
I had a flat tire on the interstate 12 miles out of Janesville. Called these guys and withing 3 hours of the call, they had me towed in, tire replaced and back on the road for about half of what I figured it was going to cost. These shop guys are the best and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks a million Boardtracker HD!
