Just stopped in to check this place out and ended up buying some parts and t shirts. Very helpful and friendly staff!
By far the best dealership around norther Illinois and Wisconsin! The guys in the service dept. are phenomenal! They always go above and beyond when working on my bike. Had some work done today and the tech had some issues with the install. Was expecting to leave unhappy after having the issue explained to me. Instead, they went out of their way to figure out how to make it work. These guys really care about making sure you are happy with the outcome when you leave with your bike! They will always have my business!
I'm an MVP member and have been looking for a set of rain gear for my girlfriend. We come up from rockford passing the HD deal 6 miles from our house. To come to is store and each time we come we are leaving with nothing but disappointment. Twice now they have had nothing in stock for rain gear for her. The woman's section is worthless.
I tried twice to order spare parts from 100% pre-payment! Both times, the order was canceled (the reasons are not clear) the money back to me! Do I play with you? I need this fucking order! I have no time to play in the sandbox! Especially someone Anthony Wilson ... My opinion about your business - perfect shit! There are no comments yet!
