This dealership is the worst place we have ever dealt with!!!! They have had our trailer on a factory recall of the slide mechanism for 2 1/2 months! Practically most of the summer! No voluntary info from them and when we call to find out the status the answer is always well call you back . And nobody ever follows through! No customer service!!! We will never deal with them again! And we will advice everybody to stay away from that company!!!!
Buyer beware. This company makes sub-par campers. We purchased a Travel Lite Extended Stay 2022, model 840SBRX. We purchased this April 2022, only used it once, then winterize it per their manual. When we opened it up for this season in April 2023 the whole interior was wet and molding. We have a video of the water leaking from the nose of the camper. We contacted both the seller (KunesRV) and Travel Lite. We were told it's not their problem, we should have checked the seals before winterizing. My husband suspects they never... read more
If your looking to get a car do not go here unless you want to get li** to and told there's nothing that can do to help. They said they would fix the car and did no such thing. There district manager ** couldn't give me a straight answer and actually rais** his voice at me over the phone and then hung up on me. If zero stars were an option its what I tried to pick. First, they picked me up in a car they knew I wanted but couldn't afford, a ***** Civic, because I had no other way to get there. Then after telling me my second choice, a ***** HRV, I needed a higher down payment for, I decided nothing would work and expected they'd take me home but they wouldn't. Since the hiring of *********************, the Kunes Autogroup in ********is becoming a reputable dealership that has places the customer first. This was NOT the case a year ago, If ****** was involved in the purchase of your next vehicle, new, or used, you will be taken care of.
They changed my price up to $20k more that advertised, doubling the monthly payment and I am still waiting for them to fix it.
Getting the car I asked for took 2 weeks, when I was told it would take a day. Finally got the car, it had the crash light coming on when I left the parking lot. I told them that. They sent me to Nissan. Then proceed to give me the runaround. I told them they could put a luggage rack on since they couldn’t get that fix. Purchased extended warranty and now they say its void. The truck had a tuner in when purchased and warranty doesn't cover when tuners are in the truck. They have admitted to knowing this and still won't make it right.
Run, they lie and deceive you into coming in no matter how far Away you live!I applied at some car credit thing online. Next thing I know Kunes is texting me.
