Like most of the reviews on here, I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve literally had my “new” car for four months and now it needs $1900 in repairs. This place is an absolute joke. They won’t work with you. They’re RUDE! Just a bunch of liars and thieves. No wonder that place is basically empty. Don’t go here. Ever.

I recently had the tremendous experience of purchasing a brand new Ford Explorer from this incredibly friendly and helpful dealership. It was great service when buying the car but after that it sucks. I have owned the car for less than 3 weeks and the rear door support broke and I was told I am SOL. I have not even paid my first payment and I know I will only be getting my oil changed done at kunes every thing else I am going somewhere else. Pretty pissed this is what happens. I will be buying the rest of my cars else where when the times come. For being my first car buying experience it sucked.

Nathen helped me get the best possible deal on a 2016 Kia Optima Ex that they searched out of house for! Phil was also a huge help getting me rates that I am extremely happy with and they all really went the extra mile to make me happy! Bought two cars in December. Very happy until the display went out on my Fusion and am now going on two months waiting for my car to be fixed and having to drive a loaner I can’t do anything in. I have animals and I smoke. Won’t buy another Ford.
